Ingredients currently identified
Current materials reviewed for this build identify: silymarin, betaine, berberine, molybdenum, glutathione, Camellia sinensis, resveratrol, genistein, chlorogenic acid and choline. We have not been supplied the current Supplement Facts panel, so exact per-serving amounts are not published here.
Berberine
Berberine is a plant compound studied in several metabolic contexts. NCCIH describes the evidence for weight loss as inconclusive and notes gastrointestinal side effects, medication interactions, and pregnancy/breastfeeding cautions. Those ingredient-level findings should not be interpreted as proof that Liv Pure produces the same outcomes.
Choline
Choline is an essential nutrient involved in cell membranes and nervous-system functions. NIH notes that the body makes a small amount but most choline comes from the diet. The presence of choline in a supplement does not, by itself, establish a specific product outcome.
Resveratrol and chlorogenic acid
Both compounds have substantial research literatures. Much of the evidence varies by dose, population, formulation and study design. We treat those publications as general ingredient context—not as finished-product trials.
What we still need to verify
A current Supplement Facts photograph would allow exact serving size, ingredient amounts and other label statements to be reported accurately. Until then, this review intentionally avoids invented quantities.
